Gateway Distriparks jumped 7.4% to Rs 79.50 at 10:59 IST on BSE after the company said its board will meet on 25 July 2008 to consider buyback of equity shares.

The stock hit a high of Rs 83.10 and a low of Rs 75.25 so far during the day. The stock had a 52-week high of Rs 174.30 on 4 January 2008 and a 52-week low of Rs 64.55 on 30 June 2008.
The company has an equity capital of Rs 115.60 crore. Face value per share is Rs 10.
The current price of Rs 79.50 discounts its Q4 March 2008 annualised EPS of Rs 6.98, by a PE multiple of 11.39.
Gateway Distriparks’ net profit rose 1.4% to Rs 20.17 crore on 27.5% increase in net sales to Rs 45.41 crore in Q4 March 2008 over Q4 March 2007.
Gateway Distriparks is mainly into container handling business.
