Ansal Properties slips

Ansal Properties & Infrastructure slipped 1.87% to Rs 91.60 at 9:58 IST on BSE after HDFC Asset Management Company made investment in its subsidiary for participation in the development of hi-tech township in NCR region.

The stock hit a high of Rs 93 so far during the day. The stock hit a low of Rs 85 so far during the day, which is a 52-week low. The stock had a 52-week high of Rs 469 on 13 December 2007.

The company has an equity capital of Rs 56.75 crore. Face value per share is Rs 5.

The current price of Rs 91.60 discounts its Q3 December 2007 annualised EPS of Rs 17.24, by a PE multiple of 5.31.

Ansal Properties & Infrastructure’s net profit rose 21.7% to Rs 48.91 crore on 18.8% growth in net sales to Rs 228.53 crore in Q3 December 2007 over Q3 December 2006.

The company is engaged in promotion and development of real estate, township development, construction of retail shopping malls, hospitals, hotels & clubs.
