Tera Software softens despite new order win

Tera Software slipped 0.74% to Rs 40 at 14:08 IST on BSE even as the company said it has bagged two different orders aggregating to Rs 44.14 crore from two different clients.

The company made this announcement during trading hours today, 3 July 2008.

The stock hit a high of Rs 40.90 and a low of Rs 38.60 so far during the day. The stock had a 52-week high of Rs 119.90 on 3 January 2008 and a 52-week low of Rs 37.10 on 2 July 2008.

The company has an equity capital of Rs 11.51 crore. Face value per share is Rs 10.

The current price of Rs 40 discounts its Q4 March 2008 annualised EPS of Rs 10.01, by a PE multiple of 4.

Tera Software’s net profit rose 18.11% to Rs 3.13 crore on 8.10% increase in net sales to Rs 15.61 crore in Q4 March 2008 over Q3 December 2007.

The company provides information technology enabled services (ITES). It also provides integrated solutions, technical division, project division and software development services to customers globally operating. The company operates in four segments, namely, projects division, technical division, integrated division and others.
